Silent Images spent a week in an IDP camp in southern Darfur. This is the community that received all of the money raised from the book sales. Thank you to everyone who bought Voices of Sudan and helped to provide clean water, medicine and food for the Sudanese. There are an estimated 60,000 people living in the village. They fled the killing in the conflict areas of Darfur and have come here to start their lives over. They come to this village owning nothing. All they seek is freedom and security. Thank you for buying the book and helping to provide them life!
